Featured Projects:
- 'Fun-N-Furious' is the renovation and conversion of Thakkar owned property in Irving, Texas. The project includes upgrading seven (7) existing auditoriums to modern – state of the art seating and dining experience. The remaining space is being converted to a family entertainment center including go-carting, bowling, laser tag, video gaming, and more.
- 'Fun Pizza Kitchen' is the build-out of approximately 3,000 SF of existing retail space for food service in Frisco, Texas.
